January Meeting Minutes 1/14/25
Meeting called to order at 6:40 by Pres. Rich VanNosdeln

Vice President- Kyle Tomlinson
Treasurer- LeAnn Zimmerman
Secretary- LeAnn Zimmerman
Attendance: 3 officers and 6 club members , Roxann Croner , Ron Hillegas,
Jeff Hoffman, Brian Karwatsky, Jeff Payne, Dillon Cotter.
Minutes of last meeting read over by those in attendance and approved by
all in attendance.
Old business:
In case you all are not aware, Mr Fogle passed away Dec. 16 th .
I have sent a sympathy card to the family on behalf of the club. Do
not know how this will affect us in future, will have to wait and see.
At the beginning of December, Mr. Boyd has decided he will be
stepping down as Treasurer for the club. A very big thank you to him
for all the years that he has taken care of it. I currently have the
Treasurer info. At the next meeting we will be discussing / voting if
anyone else would like to step into the role.
Club grounds have been posted…..thank you Ron Hillegas and Dr
Payne
Insurance payment has been made. Payment had come down to
$753.00. We are good until 12/19/2025
Bill is to get info on the beer raffle for us, for a fund raiser. Looking to
do the raffle towards the end of January.
Rich has sent a deposit in for the chukars
Discussion on new member criteria.
New business:
Kyle showed us and went over the website he has been working on
and setting up for the club in general and the information / registration
for the Chukar challenge. If anyone has any questions or would like to
send pictures for the site, get with Kyle.

Thank you, Kyle for all your work and continued work on this project.
I reached out to Michael Fogle (Rollies son) just to make him aware
of our upcoming event and to keep him in the loop with the club.
Went over the datedness of the clubs by-laws and new member letter
for ideas on updating them
Majority of the meeting was spent working on the specifics and
details for the chukar challenge.
Pending / tabled topics:
Birds for use at club grounds
Dues for 2024-2025 year are $150. May be mailed to
